  • sweet and salty
  • 1sweet potatoes
  • 1chicken thighs
  • 1vanilla extract
  • 1ground cinnamon
  • 1ground nutmeg
  • 1herbs de Provence

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cube sweet potatoes and marinate with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg

  2. 2

    Season chicken with herbs de province

  3. 3

    Place potatoes in a glass baking dish around chicken add butter on to of potatoes

  4. 4

    Bake on 375 for 45 minutes or until skin is crispy
