Ingredients

4 Servings
  • 1/2 cLeftover Mashed Potatoes
  • 1Green Onion chopped
  • 1pad of Butter
  • 1 BoxMacaroni & Cheese prepared
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix onion with mashed in a covered casserole and top with margarine.

  2. 2

    Cover and Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes in a covered Casserole.

  3. 3

    Stir. Then mix in freshly made warm Mac & Cheese.

  4. 4

    Platter up and salt is optional.

  5. 5

    For extra flavor drizzle on some sautéed butter and onions.
