  • 4medium Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 tbspFresh Cream
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 pinchWhite Pepper
  • 1 tbspButter

  1. 1

    Peel the potato and mash in a container or bowl.Add cream, butter, salt and pepper and mix well using hand mixer. Serve it as side dish for steak, al a kiev etc. Use oven to heat mashed potato if not hot. Use mint for garnish.
