  4. 1 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  5. 1 cupMuray Bhujjiya (Puff Rice)
  6. 500 mlCooking Oil
  7. Marinade
  8. 200 gramsGarlic cloves with chaff Crushed
  9. 150 gramsGinger w/ Skin Crushed
  10. 50 gramsCoriander Seed Crushed
  11. 5 pieceDry Chillies Small Pieces
  12. Seasoning Spices
  13. 1 tspGround Cumin
  14. 3 tspGround Coriander Seed
  15. 2 tspFresh Lemon Juice
  16. 1 tspChilli Power
  17. 5 pieceCloves
  18. 2 stickCinnamon
  19. 5 pieceCardomon
  20. 1 tspGround Pepper
  21. 1 tspGaram Masala
  22. 2 tspGinger Garlic Paste
  23. Side Salad
  24. 2 sliceCucumber

  30. 1 smallChopped Onion
  31. 300 gramsTomato Chopped
  32. 2 cloveGarlic Minced
  33. 1 pinchCumin Seeds
  34. 1 mediumGreen Chillies Chopped
  35. 5Green Coriander
  36. Special Pickle
  37. 50 gramsPeeled Ginger Julienne
  38. 5 mediumGreen Chillies Julienne
  39. 100 mlWhite Vinegar

    For Seasoning :-Take Mutton in a medium container. Put 200ml mustard oil, all seasoning spices and a tsp of salt (as needed). Mix well and put in refrigerator for 8 hrs.

  2. 2

    For Marinade: Take a container and mix crushed ginger, garlic, dry chilies, coriander seed. Add 100ml mustard oil and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients well and put in refrigerator for 8 hrs. Then mix well with the meat.

  3. 3

    For Pickle:- Heat a pan and put a little oil. Add cumin seeds, let it be dark brown then put chopped garlic and onion. After it turns brown put tomato and green chillies. Put a pinch turmeric power and cook for some time. Add a pinch of ground cumin and coriander. Add radish and cook for some time. Taste the pickle if cooked and no raw flavor. Sprinkle some chopped green coriander and remove heat.
