  • Marinade
  • 500 gramsBite size mutton
  • 1 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 50 mlLemon Juice
  • 50 mlRoasted Musrard Oil
  • 1 tbspGround Coriander
  • 1 tspGround Cumin
  • 1 tspGaram Masala
  • 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1 pinchBlack Pepper
  • Serving
  • 2 cupPuffed Rice
  • 4 sliceCucumber, Radish, Carrot
  • 2Lettuce
  • Pickle
  • 1 tbspDry Chilly Paste
  • 1 cloveGarlic Chopped
  • 1 pinchSichuan Pepper Power
  • 1 tspChilly Flakes
  • 1 tbspCooking Oil

  1. 1

    Take meat in a container and add all ingredients. You can add salt as per taste. Mix well so that all spices and ingredients get into meat properly. Now put the meat in refrigerator for 8 hrs.

  2. 2

    For Pickle: Heat a pan, put some oil and add garlic. When garlic turn light brown add chilly paste and flakes. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Add a little water and Sichuan pepper. Make the sauce a bit thick. If you don't like too spicy you can add ketchup or sugar as per your taste.
