Ingredients

20 mins
6 servings
  • 1 lbhamburger
  • 1/2 cupcheddar cheese
  • 1/2onion
  • 1plumbo pepper
  • 1/2bell pepper
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 6whole mushrooms
  • 1/2 cupdiced tomatoes
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 2pie crusts

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Saute hamburger meat until brown...drain fat and set aside

  2. 2

    Saute vegetables in oil until tender

  3. 3

    Add in meat and cheese...stir until well blended...

  4. 4

    Place pie crust into pie pan

  5. 5

    add meat filling and add the top crust.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
