10 Minute Meal in a Pressure Cooker: Simmered Chicken Wing & Daikon Radish

I wanted to eat a lot of tender daikon radish. Using both garlic and ginger warms up your body!!!
There aren't any special points or tips I mean, all you have to do is cut the daikon radish and then simmer everything. Cut the daikon into any thickness! I cut them into 1.5 cm slices! Daikon radish are in season right now so they came out so soft and delicious!!! Recipe by Shibacchi

Steps
- 1
Peel the daikon radish and slice into semi-circles. Gently slice the skins of the chicken wings with a knife so that the flavors of the seasoning can easily soak in.
- 2
Add all of the ingredients into the pressure cooker, pressurize for 10 minutes, and let it be.
- 3
Open the lid and boil down the liquid. It's done.
