Ingredients

25 minutes
  • 250 gMedium size pomfret fish
  • 1 cupHung curd
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • To tasteRed chilli paste
  • to tasteTurmeric powder
  • 11/2 tspChicken tikka masala powder
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander leave paste
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • as neededLemon and tomato rings for garnishing
  • To tasteSalt
  • as neededButter or oil for frying

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and clean the fish.And make gashes on the both side of the fish by the help of a knife.

  2. 2

    Marinate the fish with salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes.keep it aside.

  3. 3

    In a bowl add hung curd.. Turmeric powder..Red chilli paste.coriander leaves paste.. Ginger garlic paste.chicken tikka masala and salt.mix well

  4. 4

    Now rub the masala paste on the fish.And push the masala inside the gashes.

  5. 5

    Marinate the fish for one hour.

  6. 6

    Heat a non stick pan.Add butter or oil.Fry the fish for 8 to 10 minutes on one side on low flame.

  7. 7

    Flip the fish.And cook another side on low flame for another 8 to 10 minutes.

    Serve hot with lemon and tomato ring.
