Steps

Wash and clean the fish chunks.

You have to take fresh fish bcz we are going to cook the fish raw.

Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder.

In a glass bowl add plain curd.Beat the curd with the help of a spoon till smooth.

Add mustard seeds paste turmeric powder salt slit green chilli es and mustard oil into the curd.Add 3 table spoon water and mix well.

Add the fish chunks into mixture..Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Take micro safe bowl.pour the fish with the curd mixture into it.

Cook it in high temperature for 5 minutes..Thenin40% temperature for about 15 minutes.

Serve hot with boiled rice.
