  • to taste Sugar
  • As needed Kaju,Badam,Kishmish mote kate hue
  • 2Badi elaichi ke daane piskr
  • 2 tbsp Desi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Gajar chilkr dhokr grate karein

  2. 2

    Cooker mein 1Tb. Spoon.ghee dal kar dhimi aanch par rakhe

  3. 3

    Halka pressure banne par gas off karein

  4. 4

    Jab pressure nikal jaaye khole

  5. 5

    Ek kadhai mein boiled gajar nikale aur aanch par rakh paani sukhne tak pakaye.

  6. 6

    Sugar add karein

  7. 7

    Aur pani sukhne tak tej aanch par rakh chalate rahe

  8. 8

    Khoya aur meva add karein

  9. 9

    Ghee daal kar bhune.Elaichi powder.daale aur uper se meva dal kar serve karein.
