Ingredients

3 largeOnions
1 largeGreen pepper, minced
1 lbGround beef
2 cupTomato canned
1/2 cupInstant rice
1/2 cupWater
1 tspChili powder
2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper

Steps

Sautéed onions and green pepper in 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Add beef and brown meat.

Stir in tomatoes, rice, water, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Cover and let simmer. Stir occasionally and cook for about an hour or until rice is tender.
