Ingredients

  • 3 largeOnions
  • 1 largeGreen pepper, minced
  • 1 lbGround beef
  • 2 cupTomato canned
  • 1/2 cupInstant rice
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1 tspChili powder
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautéed onions and green pepper in 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.

  2. 2

    Add beef and brown meat.

  3. 3

    Stir in tomatoes, rice, water, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4

    Cover and let simmer. Stir occasionally and cook for about an hour or until rice is tender.
