1 lbbrussels sprouts; destemed, halved
2/3 cupfresh cranberries
1/3 cupgorgonzola cheese; crumbled
1/3 cuppecans; halved
1/3 cupbarley; cooked
1 tbspmaple syrup
1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
1olive oil
1salt and pepper

Heat cranberries and brussels sprouts in olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.

Stir to coat. Remove from heat.

Toss sprouts, cranberries, barley and pecans in a bowl.

Top with gorgonzola.

Serve. Yum!!
