Cook the chicken breast in boiling water with a little salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°F Celsius. grease a square pan (30x30cm) with butter.

Trim all the ingredients for the filling; add the eggs, salt and pepper to your taste and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Split the dough in half. Put one half on the bottom of the pan and make sure you turn up the edges. Put the filling in and on to the other half of the dough. Press the edges with a fork so they stick together also pinch the pastry on top a few times. For the finishing touch brush the top with a beaten egg this will give it a nice golden glow.

Put the pie in the oven for aprox. 1h; until is nicely grown an goldy.
