Turkey Loaf

I was trying to find something different than just turkey at the same time our local store has a good price on boneless pork loin. It's easy to use the chopper and plan to make a burger mix soon. It's lean and heart healthy.

Steps
- 1
Using a chopper , mix all meat and seasonings. Whole pork loin was on sale and I chopped a pound instead of ground pork or using Italian sausage (spicy or not). Now... In a flat pan - Roll out meat mix on parchment paper 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Then mix bread crumbs and cranberry in a bowl and apply to the meat mix leaving the edges bare. Roll from end to end using paper pinching the edges onced rolled. Remove paper and Bake 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or Internal temp 160°F . Let it cool before cutting.
