Still trying to bake healthy hence the recipe. I put in my special ingredient(chia seeds) to complete the recipe😋😋
Steps

Assemble ingredients and equipments

Blend the oats to make oats flour
- 3
Mash the bananas till no lumps are seen
- 4
Add the rest of the wet ingredients I.e eggs, honey, vanilla essence
- 5
Using a hand mixer(thanks cookpad for the gift) blend till smooth

To the flour, add cinnamon,salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix well

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold till all flour is incorporated

Add raisins and fold in

Then add the Chia seeds

Fold the mixture till everything is mixed then leave for 20mins for the oats to soften and soak up the liquid

Preheat your oven

After 20mins scoop the mixture in cupcakes tins then bake for 30-35 mins at 180℃

Serve with desired beverage
