Steps

Peel and cut carrot sliced, peel potato and thin chopped.

Wash carrotpotato, Matar.

Heat 1 big spoon oil in pressure cooker add jeera and let them splutter.

Add chopped tomato and sauté about 2 minute.

Add all vegetables and all masala, mix well.

Close the pressure cooker with its lid tightly, pressure cook till 2 whistle.

Once that pressure drops on its own, remove that lid and check all vegetables become tender.

Garnish with green coriander and serve with roti.
