  1. 2 packagesMcCormick Brown Gravy Mix
  2. 1 1/2 cupwater
  3. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 2 lbThin flank steak
  5. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  6. 1 packagesfajita trimmings (peppers/onions)

  1. 1

    Combine gravy mix, water, and soy sauce. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet. Saute meat 7-8 minutes or until brown

  3. 3

    Stir in gravy mixture, and fajita trimmings. Bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice if desired.
