I was recently given a juicer and decided to experiment with some flavors. You must have a juicer to make this recipe, unless you have other means of doing so. This is very healthy and can be consumed daily.

2 eachGreen Apple's

You will need:

Wash the carrots and apple's
3

Cut the ends off the carrots
4

Core the apple and cut in half
5

First, run the carrots through the juicer
6

Once all juiced, run the apple's through
7

Take the pulp and pack it in the feeder and juice that
8

Stir well. Chill in the fridge or drink immediately. Enjoy!

This makes approximately 3 cups of juice
