Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 3 tbspYogurt
  3. 1 tspBaking soda
  4. 1/4 tspBaking powder
  5. 2 tbspOil
  6. Basil herbs
  7. Sesame seeds
  8. Fresh Coriander
  9. Chilli flakes
  10. For stuffing :-
  11. 1Onion chopped
  12. 3 clovesGarrlic
  13. 1/2 cup Peas boiled(i have used frozen)
  14. Kasoori methi
  15. Amchoor powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute stuffing ingredients in a tbsp of oil and seasoned with salt and chilli flakes.

  2. 2

    In a bowl take yogurt and add baking soda and baking powder,mix it well and rest it for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Sift flour in another bowl and add salt and chilli flakes to it.

  4. 4

    Add oil and yogurt mix to it and mix well.
    It will form a sticky dough. Oil it well and Cover it with cling film and leave for proving in warm place.

  5. 5

    It will almost become double in size after about 1 hour.

  6. 6

    Now gently press the dough and make six equal balls of it. Stuff each ball with the mixture.

  7. 7

    Place in greased muffin moulds. Brush with milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and cover and leave for second proving.

  8. 8

    Preheat the oven at 400°F and Bake buns for 20 minutes buns or until golden from top.
    Enjoy hot shot buns as morning or evening snack with a cup of tea or soups.,😊😊😊😊
