Preheat oven to 350°F

Spread sesame seeds in single layer on shallow baking dish.

Bake until seeds are fragrant about 10 minutes (shaking frequently) do not brown seeds.

Remove seeds from heat and cool completely.

Add seeds to food processor along with olive oil and process until smooth. About 5 minutes.

Store in airtight container in fridge for up to a week.
