I was hungry and I wanted to use my avocado before it went bad. I also needed to use up some shrimp so I whipped up something gooood.

I was hungry and I wanted to use my avocado before it went bad. I also needed to use up some shrimp so I whipped up something gooood.
Cooking Instructions

Thaw shrimp
- 2
Add vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, jerk seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder to the shrimp

Mix until all shrimp is evenly seasoned
- 4
Add coconut oil to hot pan and sautée onions and sweet peppers
- 5
Add seasoned shrimp and sautée until tender

Cut avocado in half and remove seed
- 7
Pour shrimp mix into avocado pit
- 8
