  1. 1 largeavocado
  2. 1/2 packagesShrimp
  3. 1as needed Onions
  4. 1as needed Red sweet pepper
  5. 1as needed Yellow sweet pepper
  6. 1as needed Orange sweet pepper
  7. 2 tbspLemon juice
  8. 1/2 tspGrace jerk seasoning
  9. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  10. 1 1/2 dashCajun seasoning
  11. 1 tspPowdered garlic
  12. 1 tbspWhite vinegar
  13. 3 tbspCoconut Oil

Steps

    Thaw shrimp

  2. 2

    Add vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, jerk seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder to the shrimp

  3. 3

    Mix until all shrimp is evenly seasoned

  4. 4

    Add coconut oil to hot pan and sautée onions and sweet peppers

  5. 5

    Add seasoned shrimp and sautée until tender

  6. 6

    Cut avocado in half and remove seed

  7. 7

    Pour shrimp mix into avocado pit

  8. 8

    Enjoy!
