1/2 cupheavy cream
2 ozcream cheese diced
4 ozcheddar cheese shredded
1pepper to taste

Heat the cream over medium-low heat until warm.

Add cream cheese and whisk until melted.

Add cheddar 1 tbsp at a time, whisking to melt before adding more. Add pepper to taste.
