Tonya's pork chop remix

With no time to think, i had to prepare a quick hearty meal, for my family of 5, out of whatever i had on hand. I mixed these ingredients together and crossed my fingers. Luckily, it turned out delicious and the family loved it! The meat is juicy and it makes a gravy and tastes great over homemade mashed potatoes paired with asparagus.

Steps
- 1
In a medium to large bowl, Cut chops into cubes. Add the powder seasonings.
- 2
Heat olive oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add cubed chops, fry until pink meat is no longer visible. Stirring occasionally.
- 3
While you wait for the meat to cook- in a large bowl, add the 2 cans of soup, mix together. (Its ok if it looks lumpy) When the meat is ready, no need to drain, add meat to the soups. Stir to coat meat evenly.
- 4
Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. Pour meat and soup mixture into the pan. Bake at 400*F for 20 minutes. Serve over homemade mashed potatoes. ENJOY!
