Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 3 tbsplow sodium soy sauce
  3. 3 tbsphoisin sauce
  4. 2 tbspketchup
  5. 2 tbsphoney
  6. 2 tspminced garlic
  7. 2 tspgrated peeled fresh ginger
  8. 1 tspdark sesame oil
  9. 1/2 tspfive-spice powder
  10. 2 lbboneless pork center loin chop
  11. 2/3 cuplower-sodium chicken broth

Steps

10 hours 30 mins
  1. 1

    Stir into small bowl with a whisk to make marinade

  2. 2

    Seal marinade with pork into large zip top bag

  3. 3

    Marinate pork for at least 2 hours in refrigerator turning occasionally.

  4. 4

    Pour pork and marinade into slow cooker

  5. 5

    Cover and cook on low for 8 hours

  6. 6

    Remove pork from slow cooker and place onto cutting surface.

  7. 7

    Cover pork with aluminum foil and keep warm.

  8. 8

    Add broth to slow cooker and cover

  9. 9

    Cook mixture for 30 minutes on low or until sauce thickens

  10. 10

    Shred pork with 2 forks. Serve with sauce
