Ingredients

  • 1 packagesFresh Cranberries
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 cupPecans, Chopped
  • 1 boxRed Jello such as raspberry
  • 20 ozCan of Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 1 canMandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1 boxMarshmallow Cream
  • 8 ozCream Cheese, softened
  • 8 ozCool Whip

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil cranberries with 1/2 cup of water until skins pop.

  2. 2

    Remove from heat and add the sugar, pecans, Jello packet, pineapple, and oranges. Mix well and pour into serving dish.

    Chill cranberry mixture for at least 4 hours.

  4. 4

    Combine the cream cheese, marshmallow cream, and Cool Whip with mixer until well mixed.

  5. 5

    Spread cream cheese mixture over cranberry mixture.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with extra chopped pecans, if desired.

  7. 7

    Serve cold.
