Ingredients

  • 5bell peppers
  • 1Djs fancy rice dressing mix
  • 1shredded cheese
  • 2 can15 oz tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the tops off your peppers & clean insides out. In a large pot put peppers in cover with water boil ten minutes. Pre heat oven to 350. Place peppers in a 8x10 baking dish & stuff with dressing mix (I break my mix up in little pieces) pour tomato sauce on & around peppers. Bake 20 min. Put cheese on top & bake 10 more min.
