Mix dry ingredients.

Melt butter with golden syrup

Pour melted butter & golden syrup over dry ingredients & stir in until a sticky consistency.

Make into small balls & flatten onto a greased or lined baking tray. If too sticky, wet hands whilst creating balls or flattening.

Bake in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place on wired tray to cool after baking.

If you want the biscuits less sweet just reduce the sugar. If you are making coconut biscuits you can leave out the sugar completely & they are still yummy.
