I started experimenting with pies and cobblers. I had some peaches and decided to try and make a cobbler. So I made a typical batter and baked this.

My brothers finance found a apercot cobbler recipe and asked me to make it with peaches. I doctered it up bit. Cinnamon and vanilla are not in the main recipe. It was really good and every one loved it. I would recommend trying it before subbing anything unless you hate one if the fruits. I love peach cobbler and have always wanted to master at making it. Its a family favorite at holidays and Sunday meals. Family and friends always ask when I'm going to make again.

I had a bunch of peaches that were getting too ripe so I needed something to do with them, so I just made this recipe up on the fly.I think the mix would be good with any fruit, just add 1/4 cup more sugar and subtract the can of fruit.

Using lite ingredients, makes a reasonably low calorie dessert.
