Cooking Instructions

    Thin sauce: Melt 1 tbsp. butter, add 1 tbsp. flour mix well, add 1 cup milk stir , add 1/2 tsp. salt, keep stirring until thicken

    Medium sauce: 2 tablespoons of butter, and 2 tbsp. flour, 1 cup milk, 1/2 tsp. salt

    Thick sauce: 3 tbsp. Butter and flour, 1 cup milk and 1/2 tbsp salt

    Thin sauce for cream soup, also for vegetables

  5. 5

    Medium sauce for vegetables, meats, fish etc.

  6. 6

    Thick sauce for croquettes, shouffles, etc.

    Variations: based on 1cup sauce. Cream sauce: substitute part cream for milk

  8. 8

    For cheese sauce: add 1/2 cup shredded cheese
