Move oven rack to center position, preheat oven to 350°

Boil water & salt.
Cook noodles to desired tenderness. (Note: Noodles under top layer soak up milk while baking) - 3
In a casserole dish (Approx. 9x9 and with lid or foil), spread layer of cheese across bottom, then a layer of noodles, and repeat till the dish is full. (Thinner layer of noodles = Cheese spread throughout dish more)

Pour milk in a zig-zag motion, don't fill though cuz then its like soup. More milk = creamier dish

Add a thicker final layer to the top to create a cheesier topping

Cover with lid/foil and place in oven.

Bake for approx. 30 - 45 min or until a golden crust forms across the top.
