Set oven at 350 F, place squash on baking sheet, halves cut-side down, (I put a bit of water in the pan to help with the steaming proccess)

Bake for 40 minutes

Once cool enough to handle shred squash using a fork
- 4
Melt butter over medium heat; add onion, garlic, oregano and parsley. Cook until onion and garlic are soft. Mix in squash and cook until hot.
