Ab chhena me elaichi powder dalkar hath se gunth kar soft dough tayar kijiye. fr aap manchahe size ke rasgulla tayar karein.. dhyan rahe rasgulle me bilkul bhi daraar na ho.

Ab ek bartan me 1 taar ki chasni tayar karein. isme kesar daal de or gas low kar de fir tayar rasgulla ko chasni me dalkar 10-15 minute tak medium flame me pakaye. Rasgullo ka size bada ho jayga.
