Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPaneer -
  2. 1 mediums sizeCapsicum (finely chopped)
  3. 1 medium sizeOnion (finely chopped)
  4. 2Green chilli (finely chopped)
  5. leavesCoriander
  6. 1 tspJeera powder
  7. to tasteSalt-according
  8. 2 medium size bowlWheat flour
  9. 1-2 spoonGhee par paratha

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush the paneer properly using your hands

  2. 2

    Now add onion, capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves, jeera powder and salt in paneer and mix it well

    Make a soft dough of wheat flour

  4. 4

    Pinch small circles from the dough or as for your choice. Fill the circles with prepared paneer mixture and roll it to make paratha.

  5. 5

    Now heat tawa and cook paratha using 1-2 spoon ghee. Serve hot with green chutney and butter.
