Crush the paneer properly using your hands

Now add onion, capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves, jeera powder and salt in paneer and mix it well

Make a soft dough of wheat flour

Pinch small circles from the dough or as for your choice. Fill the circles with prepared paneer mixture and roll it to make paratha.

Now heat tawa and cook paratha using 1-2 spoon ghee. Serve hot with green chutney and butter.
