Take sprouted Mung, spinach and green chillies in a jar.

Add little water, make a smooth paste.

Add gram flour, salt and water and make a better.

Lastly add eno fruit salt and mix lightly and immediately pour in greased microwave safe dish.

Ready to microwaved. Micro for 6 minutes.

Now cool and remove from dish.

In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, let it crackle, add sesame seeds, hing, curry leaves and green chillies.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Now spread this tadka on dhokla.

Now cut it into heart shape and serve it with any sauces.
