Steps
- 1
Melt the butter and mix in the sugar.
- 2
Add eggs, one at a time.
- 3
Mix in the squashed bananas.
- 4
Add the self-rising flour. If you don't have any, use all-purpose flour and 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- 5
Last but not least, throw in the loosely chopped chunks of chocolate. Add milk if the mixture looks toó dry, usually one tablespoon is enough.
- 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes with low-moderate fire. The bread will be fine when a knife comes out clean.
