Steps

In a bowl mix cottage cheese, castor sugar and milk powder and blend well.

Add dessicated coconut, yellow food colour and mix well.

In a pan prepare sugar syrup

Put the pineapple slices in the sugar syrup and keep it aside for half an hour
- 5
Remove the core (centre) of the pineapple and cut the remaining part of the pineapple into small pieces.

Prepare medium sized balls of the cottage cheese mixture, create a shallow depression in it's center and put small pieces of pineapple in it.

Cut cherries into halves and put it in the centre
- 8
Garnish with rose petals and serve
