Take a bowl.Add sooji and curd..Mix it well.And keep it in rest for 10 mintues

After 10 mintues. Add salt, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, baking soda,cumin seeds and mix it well

Add half cup of water.Now make a ball of the mixture and flat it with your hand and make hole in centre..

Fry the vada and enjoy it with your family

You and serve it with sambar or tomato sauce.
