Soak rajma overnight

Pressure cook with salt for 5 to 6 whistles

Take a kadhai heat oil add bay leaf,cinnamon stick and cloves after few second add chopped onions till they are transulent.

Now add all the dry masala with a little water and mix it well. Now add chopped tomatoes or tomato puree mix it well. When the oil separates add rajma.

Add salt mix it well see the consistency if water needed add a cup of water. Now put crushed kasuri methi over it and cover it with a low for ten mins till it boils.

Garnish with fresh coriander.

Yummy rajma is ready best goes with steamed rice.
