Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupbasmati rice
  2. 1/2 cupcauliflower florets
  3. 1carrot cut into slices
  4. 1 cupgreen peas
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1small potato cut into pieces
  7. 2green chilli chopped
  8. 1 tspginger, garlic paste
  9. 3 tbspOil, 1 tbsp ghee
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspchilli powder
  12. 1/4 tsphaldi, 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
  13. 1 tsplemon juice
  14. Spice bag..(crush the spices lightly)
  15. 10sabut kali mirch
  16. 2 tspsaunf (fennel seeds)
  17. 4choti elaichi
  18. 3moti elaichi
  19. 4cloves, 2 dalchini sticks

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice in 2 cups water for 30 min.spice bag ke ingredients ko muslin cloth m tie karein.

  2. 2

    Ek broad micro proof dish le.put oil and veggies. Microwave for 3 min.

  3. 3

    Add the soaked rice.add masale and spice bag.microwave covered for 6 min.

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice.stir gently with a fork.cover and microwave for 7 min.wait for 5 min.fluff with a fork.remove spice bag.

    Serve hot,with ghee.
