Ingredients

  • 1 bunchspinach washed and finely chopped
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 8garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1 TBSginger finely chopped
  • 1 cuptomato paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 TBSbutter
  • 1/2TS black pepper powder
  • 1/2TS all spice powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil when heat add garlic ginger onion one by one

  2. 2

    Saute...add spinach saute on full flame

  3. 3

    When moisture goes evaporated add milk stir continuously

  4. 4

    Add tomato paste add salt according to taste and black pepper powder

  5. 5

    Finish with 1/2 TS all spice powder
