Boil the potatoes. Peel them and prick them with fork and fry them till golden.

Heat oil in a pan. add zeera when it starts cracking add finely chhoped onion and green chilli. Stir continues till it becomes translucent

Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato paste and cook until they remove oil and got thicker now add all masala (salt red chilli haldi and dhaniya powder)

Cook them with half cup of water. When again it removes oil from masala add curd mix it well add fried potatoes mix again and cover with lid for 5- minutes. Now add Milk mix well at last add kasuri methi.

Serve hot with chapaties
