  1. 500 gramsPhiladelphia block crm cheese softened
  2. 3/4 cupcaster sugar
  3. 2egg yolks
  4. 1 cupcream
  5. 1flaked chocolate
  6. 1mixed berries
  7. 1 1/2 cupcold strong black coffee
  8. 3/4 cupmarsala
  9. 12sponge fingers

  1. 1

    Beat Philly & sugar until well combined, add yolks & cream, beat until smooth.

  2. 2

    Combine coffee and marsala in shallow dish, dip biscuits in coffee.

  3. 3

    Layer biscuits with berries and cream.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with chocolate & refrigerate.
