3/4 cupcaster sugar
2egg yolks
1 cupcream
1flaked chocolate
1mixed berries
1 1/2 cupcold strong black coffee
3/4 cupmarsala
12sponge fingers

Beat Philly & sugar until well combined, add yolks & cream, beat until smooth.

Combine coffee and marsala in shallow dish, dip biscuits in coffee.

Layer biscuits with berries and cream.

Sprinkle with chocolate & refrigerate.
