I tried making this at home after discovering Mos Burger (a burger chain with rice burgers in Japan).

Divide the rice into 2 portions. Cover in plastic wrap, shape it into a ball, and press on it to flatten.

Fry the rice in a frying pan. When it gets crispy, add ☆ ingredients and fry until browned.
