Let the beans for at least 12h into water. then through the water away and boil the beans half way, about 1 hour. (depend the type of the beans how long they need to be boiled.)

Through the water and let the bean out of the pot.

In the pot add all the rest ingridients, chopped into cubes. YOu can also chop them really fine if you wish.

Stear them in strong fire for around 5min, then add the beans and the tomato paste. Stear for more 2 min and then add water. The water depends of you, how watery you like your soup. i add about 750ml.

boil for 45min. Add salt, pepper, chilly, oregano or thym.

When is ready close the pot and leave it for at least 1 hour.

Serve with bread and feta cheese if you have! you can also add the feta cheese in the soup before the serving.
