1 tbspolive oil & spray
1onion - finely chopped
1 clovegarlic
500 gramsminced lamb
500 gramsjar vegetable pasta sauce
1/4 cupparsley
2eggs
1/4 cupgrated parmesan
2 tspdried oregano
1/2 tspcinnamon
1eggplant - cut 1cm thick
2 largepotatoes - cooked
250 mlPhiladelphia original cream for cooking

Saute onion & garlic 2 minutes, add mince and brown well. Add sauce, parsley, oregano & cinnamon. Simmer 10 minutes.

Boil potato, chop, and grill eggplant with oil.

Layer eggplant, potato and meat.

Whisk Phillips, eggs & parmesan and pour over. Bake 180° for 20- 30 minutes.
