  • 5 lbground beef
  • 1/4 cupcumin
  • 1/4 cupancho chili powder
  • 1/4 cupnew mexico dry chili powder
  • 1/2onion
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1 candiced tomates
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 2 tbspgarlic salt
  • 1 tbspred pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cupketchup
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 2 tbspdried onion flakes

  1. 1

    your going to add all your ingredients together. stir every 15-minutes or so keep covered.

  2. 2

    continue to stir every 15minutes add water as desired consistency, I added 1 can of water cook low and slow 2 hours.
