Ingredients

  • salad ingredients
  • 3/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspprepared mustard
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 dashpepper
  • 1 pinchcelery seed
  • 8 ozelbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cupsliced celery
  • 1 cupchopped green or red pepper
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion

Steps

  1. 1

    In large bowl stir together mayo, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed. Stir until smooth.

  2. 2

    Boil macaroni until tender, drain and rinse in cold water.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients together, toss to cost well.

  4. 4

    Cover, chill.

  5. 5

    Makes five cups. An old recipe from Mueller's.
