Cook rice by adding little salt and oil.

Do not over cook rice. Each grain should be separate.

Keep aside and let it cool.

Now in a large wok heat oil and put ginger garlic chillies. Saute it.

Then add onions carrots. Saute it for a minute.

Add salt and all sauces and vinegar. Mix well.

Now put flame on high and add capsicum and cabbage. Mix well. Dont cook just mix properly.

Add rice and mix well.

Garnish with spring garlic/ onions.

For Indian style : In a wok/Kadai heat oil.

Add mustard seeds when crackle put garlic and green chillies. Saute it.

Add chopped methi and cook for 2 mins. Add chopped vegetables.

Cook and add chopped tomatoes. Mix well.

Add salt red mirch powder haldi and garam masala. Mix well.

Add boiled mutter and rice. Mix well and cook for a min

Garnish with spring garlic. Serve hot with any curry and raita/ papad/ salad.
